About Amy Royle
I am a registered nurse, neurodiversity coach, and trauma specialist — and the founder of NAAVoices.com. My work sits at the intersection of clinical knowledge and lived experience: as a veteran, a neurodivergent person, a parent, and a survivor who has navigated the systems I now help others understand.
The Empowered Voices Practice was built because I needed it to exist. Because too many people were navigating impossible systems, impossible waiting lists, and impossible expectations — without adequate support. Every service I offer comes from that place.
